Terms of service

These terms govern use of the EduYana web portal and mobile app (the "Service"), provided by Saju Sudhakaran. Your School's agreement with us sets out commercial terms; these terms apply to every individual user — school staff, teachers, parents and students.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by your School. Keep your password private and do not share access.
• Tell your School or us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate school, learning and family purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other students, families or schools.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or disrupt the Service.

Payments

Fee and order payments are processed by Razorpay. Amounts, due dates and refund decisions are set by your School. Payment confirmation is shown in the app once Razorpay confirms the transaction. For refunds or disputes, contact your School first.

Content and data

Schools own the records they create. You keep ownership of content you submit, and you allow us to host and display it to authorised users to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but occasional maintenance or interruptions may occur. Features may change as we improve the product. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to sajusudhakaran@gmail.com.
